Abstract

Abstract This thesis entitled "Juridical Analysis of the Application of Public Service Standards at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Magetan Regency" discusses two main problems, namely the implementation of laws and regulations on the application of public service standards in population services at the Dispendukcapil Magetan Regency and the obstacles faced in public services at the Population and Civil Service Office. Magetan Regency Civil Registration. The purpose of this research is to be able to find out how the implementation of laws and regulations on the implementation of public service standards and what obstacles are faced in public services. The writing of this thesis uses the type of empirical legal research. This research is carried out by looking at the facts in the field where the content of the research includes understanding and learning how to apply the law directly to the subject of the field, research in this way is a form of understanding so as not only to understand the issues raised only normative. The results and conclusions of this study are that the implementation of laws and regulations on the application of public service standards, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Magetan Regency has implemented the law well, marked by the absence of problems with the community, although in conclusion it is not yet fully able to say that the Magetan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has universally implemented However, in one subject, it can be said that being a public service provider is already a very good thing.
