Abstract
ABSTRACT RETNOSARI, DWI ENDAH, 2022. The Effect of Rewards on Student Achievement in Aqidah Morals Subjects at MIS PSM Sidorejo Academic Year 021/2022. Thesis of the Department of Teacher Education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Advisors Sigit Dwi Laksana, M.Pd.I and Lilis Sumaryanti, M.Pd. Keywords: Giving Rewards, Learning Achievement Rewards are to encourage student achievement so that they can improve learning and can develop students' enthusiasm in achieving success in fostering enthusiasm for students so that they can develop well in learning and correctly and can become self-motivation in children so that in bringing up the mindset and interest of students to carry out learning activities as a way to improve their learning achievement. Learning achievement is a description of the competence of the students' abilities as determined for a particular lesson. However, it is said that a learning is declared to be successful, every teacher can have their own thoughts in line with the view of learning, but this must be in line with the current curriculum that has been perfected. Based on the observation that the reward has an effect on student learning achievement This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on achievement study to the students of MIS PSM Sidorejo. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 25 students. The sample in this study was class V MIS PSM Sidorejo. This study uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, and tests. The analysis technique used in this research is using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis of student data on the subject of Aqidah Morals class V MIS PSM Sidorejo for the academic year 2021/202. There is a significant effect between the provision of rewards on student achievement in the subject of Aqidah Akhlaq class V at MIS PSM Sidorejo in the 2021/2022 academic year, namely this study uses ttable (23:0.05) 2.069 with a significance level of 5% with the total population 25 students later t hits 2,348 and 2,917 > so Hi is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect reward on student achievement in the subject of Aqidah Morals class V MIS PSM Sidorejo in the 2021/2022 academic year.
