Abstract

Abstract Obscenity is an act that violates decency (decency) or a heinous act, all within the scope of lust such as kissing, groping the pubic member, holding the breast. Obscenity on minors has a devastating impact on the child, especially his psychic impact. The psychic impacts experienced by children include trauma, anxiety, excessive fear, and can make children stressed. Victims in criminal acts of molesting are people who suffer physically, mentally or harm caused by the perpetrator of the criminal act. The impact of the criminal act of obscenity is one of the psychological impacts of the victim. the victim will also experience an emotional psychological impact where the victim will experience depression, and also the victim will often experience flashbacks where it seems as if the events in the past returned and seemed to happen now. Therefore, the existence of the Child Protection Law is useful for regulating the rights of victims, especially the rights of victims of criminal acts of obscenity of minors. and in several paragraphs of Law No.35 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Minors on the amendment of Law No. 23 of 2002 states that the right of the Victim to obtain a new place of residence and the right to assistance, thus the victim of the criminal act of obscenity will feel better psychically because from some verses the article will be followed up as appropriate, and there it is the psychiatrist who has a very important role in the victim's psychic healing process.
