Abstract

The Activist Distro is one of the brands from the Onlineshop owned by several Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University students who are moving and developing in the fashion category. So far, the sales process carried out by distribution owners does not yet have a product/goods data collection platform that informs consumers of a product that is most in demand by consumers. Usually sales transaction data that increases every day are only collected, recapitulated and grouped according to the type of goods, date and month which are then used as monthly reports and the last archived. The data is not used for the development of its marketing strategy. Under these circumstances, a fast and accurate source of information is needed. Therefore, the implementation of the Apriori Algorithm in managing transaction data into information becomes an alternative as well as a solution for activist distribution owners to increase their business income. The a priori algorithm is the technique used in this study. In the algorithm, an iteration procession is carried out using the minimum support and confidence values to assess each product combination. Then eliminate the combination of items that do not reach the minimum support. The implementation of the algorithm in this study will produce accurate information on Android-Based Applications. Where the information can be used for marketing strategies and product promotions in accordance with customer desires. So that the implementation of the Apriori Algorithm can increase sales results in Activist Distros.
