ABSTRACT Herli Damayanti. 2022. Internalization of Religious Character in Biology Learning (Case Study at Quratta A'yun Ponorogo Integrated Islamic Junior High School). Islamic education study program. Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI). Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Supervisor (1) Dr. Nuraini, M.Pd, (II) Dr. Anip Dwi Saputro, M.Pd. Keywords: Religious Character, Internalization, Biology Learning The purpose of this research is to find out how to internalize religious characters, what characters are internalized, and internalization solutions in Biology learning at SMPIT Qurrata A'yun Ponorogo. In the growth and rapid development of this era, there are many advantages and disadvantages that we can see and feel, even more so for the growth of children and adolescents today. The erosion of the nation's morale, especially at the age of teenagers is unavoidable, with the help of technology, the dissemination of information is limitless, thus giving children and teenagers access to a lot of inappropriate information, anytime and anywhere. This is where the importance of inculcating a religious character for teenagers so that they can fortify themselves from bad actions. Here the researchers conducted research on SMPIT Qurrata A'yun Ponorogo, where this school is a civilization school that combines general sciences and Islamic religion, with a school model that is able to combine qouli and kauni knowledge into a single unit in learning. This type of research is a field research with a phenomological approach based on a phenomenon that occurs or something experienced by the research subject. This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of case study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive techniques by using data reduction flow, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation, namely triangulation with sources, triangulation with methods and triangulation with theory. Hold research: (a) pre-field stage, choosing by choosing a location, (b) field work, and (c) report writing. The results of the study show that: (1) The internalized religious character values are Divine values and Insaniyyah values, (2) The steps used in internalizing religious characters in biology learning have three stages, namely: Value transformation stage, Value transaction stage, Stage transinternalization of values. The methods used in internalizing religious character in biology learning at SMP IT Quratta A'yun Ponorogo are: Modeling, Habituation, Law Enforcement, Motivating. (3) The solution for internalizing religious characters is to select and train competent human resources and increase literacy related to internalizing religious characters and conduct learning guidance for students and teachers
