Abstract
Abstract Coronary heart disease is a disease caused by narrowed coronary arteries, starting from the occurrence of arteriosclerosis or the accumulation of fat or plaque on the walls of the coronary arteries, either accompanied by clinical symptoms or without interference. This disease can be transmitted through forms of social transmission associated with people's lifestyles. Characterized by chest pain, pain in the back of the left breastbone, pain from the bottom of the upper arm that radiates up, to the left shoulder, to the neck, and lower jaw. Nursing care for Mr. L's patient with nursing problems with decreased cardiac output was carried out in the ICU room at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital for 3 days in June 2022. The method used was the nursing process. The results of the study showed that Mr. L says shortness of breath. Nursing actions taken include TTV observations, complete laboratory examinations, electrocardiogram examinations, development of patient complaints such as pain and chest tightness, informing patients and families about the importance of rest for restoration of health status, adjusting the sleeping position of patients with semi-flowler conditions, monitoring additional breath sounds. , monitor breathing patterns and teach effective coughing techniques. The results of the evaluation of nursing actions obtained by Mr. L with nursing problems, changes in heart rhythm were resolved due to good cooperation between patients, families and the medical team. After 3x24 hours of nursing care, Mr. L reached a normal condition with normal TTV examination of the patient and the patient's condition has stabilized. Keywords: Coronary Heart Disease, Decreased Cardiac Output, Nursing Care Abstrak Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan penyakit akibat dari arteri koroner yang menyempit, mulai dari terjadinya arterisklerosis maupun yang sudah terjadi penimbunan lemak atau plak pada dinding arteri koroner, baik disertai gejala klinis atau tanpa gangguan. Penyakit ini dapat ditularkan melalui bentuk penularan sosial yang berhubungan dengan gaya hidup masyarakat. Ditandai dengan nyeri dada, sakit di badian belakang tulang dada kiri, rasa sakit dari bagian bawah lengan atas yang menjalar ke atas, ke bahu kiri, ke leher, dan rahang bawah. Asuhan keperawatan dengan klien Tn L dengan masalah keperawatan penurunan curah jantung dilakukan di Ruang ICU RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo selama 3 hari pada Bulan Juni 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu proses keperawatan. Hasil pengkajian diperoleh bahwa Tn. L mengatakan sesak napas. Tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan antara lain observasi TTV, pemeriksaan laboratorium lengkap, pemeriksaan elektrokardiogram, perkembangan keluhan klien seperti nyeri dan dada sesak, memberitahu klien dan keluarga tentang pentingnya istirahat bagi pemulihan status kesehatan, mengatur posisi tidur klien dengan kondisi semi flowler, monitor bunyi napas tambahan, monitor pola napas dan mengajarkan teknik batuk efektif. Hasil evaluasi tindakan keperawatan yang diperoleh pada Tn. L dengan masalah keperawatan perubahan irama jantung teratasi karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antara klien, keluarga dan tim medis. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan 3x24 jam, Tn. L mencapai kondisi normal dengan pemeriksaan TTV klien normal dan kondisi klien telah stabil.
