Abstract

In the real estate sector, the level of demand of residents continues to increase with the development of the population. This is because the population is growing, and housing is one of the basic needs that must be met. The embodiment of someone's desire for a home, a comfortable place to live, usually by standards. So when you buy or build a house, you have a choice. With so many homes, types, and styles offered by real estate agents, it can be a bit difficult to choose the home that fits your dreams. Thus, a system is provided to help consumers decide which housing is suitable for them to live in. Standards include price, land area, building area, building quality, location, completeness, and public facilities. This decision support system implements the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to achieve the final result. A website-based system, PHP programming language with Visual Studio Code application, xampp, and black-box testing. The result obtained is a recommended format for home selection based on the consumer's weight determination.
