Abstract
This study aims to: 1. Knowing the implementation of Microsoft Teams in learning PAI and Budi Pekerti. 2. Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors. 3 Relevance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach (case study). The data acquisition technique used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used interactive analysis which consisted of four components: data collection, data simplification, data disclosure, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the results was tested for credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability from various theoretical and methodological sources until factual scientific data were available. The results are 1) the implementation is that the management of the learning process as an operator, administrator starts from the beginning to the end of the PAI teacher's own learning. Teachers and students in uniforms look attractive, the material presented varies (ice braking, quizz, simple and concise material interspersed with humor). 2) Supporting factors include (a) the availability of communication tools (mobile phones and computers) owned by students and teachers, (b) Availability of an appropriate internet network, readiness of educators, students to follow the development of existing technology. (c) Provision of adequate facilities by SDN 01 Taman Kota Madiun. (d) 80% of students have middle and upper middle economic abilities. (e) Parents' concern for children's learning process. (f) The location of SDN 01 Taman is very strategic in the city center, providing easy access to technological developments. Inhibiting factors (a) lack of time for parents to accompany learning, (b) Abuse of internet quota for purposes other than the learning process. (c) do not have mobile phones (d) Parents are busy working, so there is no one to supervise and remind students when they start learning. 3. The relevance of using Microsoft Teams for learning Islamic religious education includes the policy of the principal who gives freedom and always supervises every week, teacher creativity in learning, adequate institutional facilities, student enthusiasm in participating in the teaching and learning process to completion, student assessment results that meet the minimum completeness criteria of 3 cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects
