Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Own Capital, People's Business Credit (KUR), Accounting Knowledge, and Labor on MSME Income in Ponorogo District. Own Capital, People's Business Credit (KUR), Accounting Knowledge, and Labor are one of the steps that can be taken by MSMEs to develop their business, therefore proper use of Own Capital, KUR, Accounting Knowledge, and Labor has the potential to increase MSME income. . The object of this study is MSME actors in Ponorogo District who are registered with the Office of Trade for Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises (Perdakum) of Ponorogo Regency. Respondents in the study amounted to 98 SMEs in Ponorogo District. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The data used is primary data using questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents and supported by interviews. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS management application. In addition to multiple linear regression analysis, this study tested the data using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results on the first hypothesis, it shows that Own Capital (X1) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This means that the greater the capital used in running a business, the greater the income earned. The results of the second hypothesis test show that People's Business Credit (KUR) (X2) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income in Ponorogo District. This means that the greater the use of KUR, the more MSME income will increase. The results of the third hypothesis test show that accounting knowledge (X3) has no effect on MSME income in Ponorogo District. This means that accounting knowledge has not fully played an important role in running a business so that it does not affect MSME income. The results of the fourth test show that Labor (X4) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income in Ponorogo District. This means that increasing the workforce will increase productivity thereby increasing MSME income. The results of the determination test show that the R square value is 0.616 meaning that Own Capital, People's Business Credit (KUR), Accounting Knowledge and Labor can influence the increase in income by 61.6% and the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research this is done.
