Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui Revitalisasi Pasar Tradisional di Purwantoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah daerah dalam penataan Pasar Tradisional dan faktor penghambat dan pendukung pemerintah daerah dalam Revitalisasi pasar tradisional di Kecamatan Purwantoro. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara informan dalam penelitian ini mulai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Kabupaten Wonogiri, kepala pasar Purwantoro, pengelola pasar Purwantoro dan pedagang. Sumber data utama dari penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan dengan cara mengamati dan wawancara dan data sekunder data yang diperoleh dari sumber media cetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui Revitalisasi Pasar Tradisional di Purwantoro yang meliputi peran sebagai regulator, fasilitator dan dinamisator yang belum berjalan maksimal. Faktor penghambat lain kurangnya pengawasan dan koordinasi pemerintah dalam hal penataan dan managerial dilokasi Pasar sehingga menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat belum maksimal. Kata Kunci: Peran Pemerintah Daerah, Revitalisasi Pasar Tradisional, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Absract This study examines the role of local government in improving the community's economy through the revitalization of traditional markets in Purwantoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of local government in structuring traditional market and the inhibiting and supporting factors for local government in revitalizing traditional markets in Purwantoro District. This type of research is qualitative and the data analysis used is descritive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. While the informants in this study ranged from the Wonogiri Regency Industry and Trade Office, the head of the Purwantoro market, the manager of the Purwantoro market and the traders. The main data sources of this study are primary data obtained directly from the field by observing and interviewing and secondary data data obtained from print media sources. The results of the study show that the role of local government in Improving the Community's Economy through Revitalization of Traditional Markets in Purwantoro which includes roles as regulator, facilitator and dynamicator has not run optimally. Another inhibiting factor is the lack of government and coordination in terms of management and management in market locations, causing the community's economic growth to not be maximized.
