Abstract

ABSTRAK Fatahi, Ahmad Yusron, 2023. Foto Jurnalistik Kekecewaan Warga Terhadap Pemerintah Terkait Kerusakan Infrastruktur Jalan di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Skripsi. Program Studi Imu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pembimbing (I) Ayub Dwi Anggoro, M.Si., Ph.D., (II) Dra. Hj. Niken Lestarini, M.Si. Kara Kunci : Kekecewaan Warga, Kerusakan Infrastruktur Jalan. Foto-foto ini diambil pada hari Minggu, tanggal 14 Mei 2017 pada pukul 12.18.42 dan 12.18.43 di area Desa Gandu di jalan raya yang menghubungkan Desa Jabung dengan pusat Kecamatan Mlarak. Kecewa dengan jalan rusak yang tak kunjung dibenahi oleh Pemerintah setempat, puluhan warga Desa Jabung Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo, Jawa Timur menggelar aksi unjuk rasa, memprotes kian parahnya kerusakan jalan yang menghubungkan Desa Jabung dengan pusat Kecamatan Mlarak, yang juga menjadi akses utama menuju Pondok Gontor Minggu (14/05/2017) Aksi yang mengatasnamakan sebagai masyarakat peduli Ponorogo atau Alastuo ini meminta Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo segera memperbaiki jalan berlubang yang kondisinya semakin parah. Sambil berorasi dan longmarch, warga menanam sejumlah Pohon Pisang di badan jalan dan menjadikan kubangan jalan sebagai kolam ikan kemudian memancingnya. Hal ini sebagai simbol sudah tidak layaknya jalan sekaligus bentuk protes keras kepada pemerintah setempat. Aksi inipun mencuri perhatian sejumlah pengendara yang melintas. Mereka pun beramai-ramai mengambil ikan-ikan lele yang ditebar itu. ABSTRACT Fatahi, Ahmad Yusron, 2023. These photos were taken on Sunday, May 14 2017 at 12.18.42 and 12.18.43 in the Gandu Village area on the main road that connects Jabung Village with the center of Mlarak District. Disappointed with the damaged road that the local government had not repaired, dozens of residents of Jabung Village, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java, held a demonstration to protest the increasing damage to the road that connects Jabung Village to the center of Mlarak District, which is also the main access to Pondok Gontor. Sunday (14/05/2017) This action in the name of the caring community of Ponorogo or Alastuo asked the Ponorogo Regency Government to immediately repair the potholes, whose conditions were getting worse. While giving speeches and long marches, the residents planted a number of banana trees on the road and made the road puddles into fish ponds and then fished them out. This is a symbol of not being fit for a road as well as a form of strong protest to the local government. This action also caught the attention of a number of passing motorists. They also take the scattered catfish.
