Abstract

Abstrak Tempat kost adalah suatu tempat yang menyediakan jasa penginapan atau tempat mukim yang terdiri dari sejumlah kamar dan setiap kamar memiliki fasilitas yang disediakan oleh pemiliknya yang kemudian dibandrol harga oleh pemiliknya sesuai dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Seperti di kabupaten Ponorogo tidak sedikit pelajar lulusan SMA yang datang dari luar kota untuk melanjutkan study di perguruan tinggi. Hal tersebut mengharuskan mahasiswa untuk bermukim dekat dengan perguruan tingginya. Untuk itu, kost adalah alternatif yang menjadi pilihan utama mahasiswa untuk bermukim selama menempuh studi di perguruan tinggi. Dalam pemilihan rumah kost tentunya banyak pertimbangan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan rumah kost yang memadai dengan fasilitas yang cukup dan dengan biaya yang rendah sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh pengguna tersebut. Tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam mencari tempat kost, terlebih untuk mahasiswa putri, karena banyaknya alternatif pilihan dan sedikit informasi yan didapat. Untuk dari itu diperlukan akan sebuah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam saat penentuan rumah kost yang tepat sesuai. Adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan tempat kost terbaik. Peneliti membuat sistem berbasis web menggunakan metode Complex Proportional Assessment. Metode Copras mengutamakan perangkingan dengan membandingkan bobot kriteria pada setiap alternatif. Dengan menggunakan kriteria cost dan benefit, sistem yang dibuat dapat melakukan penilaian dengan baik dan dapat merekomendasikan alternatif kost terbaik melalui perangkingan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Kost menggunakan Metode Copras, dengan hasil perangkingan terbaik adalah kost Alisya (1), diikuti urutan ke-2 adalah kost Langen Trisno Asih, urutan ke-3 Dhika kost, urutan ke-4 Bu Tika Kost dan Urutan Ke -5 adalah Putri Alifa Kost. Kata Kunci : Rumah Kost, SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan), COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) Abstract A boarding house is a place that provides lodging services or a place to stay which consists of a number of rooms and each room has facilities provided by the owner which is then priced by the owner according to the facilities available. As in Ponorogo district, there are not a few high school graduates who come from outside the city to continue their studies at tertiary institutions. This requires students to live close to their college. For this reason, boarding houses are an alternative that is the main choice for students to live while studying at tertiary institutions. In choosing a boarding house, of course, many considerations are needed to get an adequate boarding house with adequate facilities and at a low cost according to what the user wants. Not a few students find it difficult to find boarding houses, especially for female students, because there are many alternative choices and little information is obtained. For this reason, a decision support system is needed in determining the appropriate boarding house. The existence of a Decision Support System is expected to help in selecting the best boarding house. Researchers create a web-based system using the Complex Proportional Assessment method. The Copras method prioritizes ranking by comparing the weight of the criteria for each alternative. By using cost and benefit criteria, the system created can do a good assessment and can recommend the best alternative boarding houses through ranking. The results of this study were the creation of a Boarding Selection Decision Support System using the Copras Method, with the best ranking results being Alisya boarding house (1), followed by 2nd place is LangenTrisnoAsih boarding house, 3rd place is Dhika boarding house, 4th place is Bu Tika Kost and 5th place is Putri AlifaKost..
