Abstract
Poverty is a phenomenon that has now garnered significant attention from various parties, especially the government. It is known that the government itself is currently addressing this poverty issue by allocating village funds for direct cash assistance (BLT). With BLT, it is hoped that the phenomenon of poverty within society will decrease, as funds are provided to villagers below the poverty line. However, problems were encountered after the implementation of this assistance, where the existing data does not align with the actual reality, particularly in terms of targeting. Sometimes, even deceased individuals are still recorded as receiving aid, and occasionally, affluent individuals also receive this assistance. Hence, a Decision Support System (DSS) was developed to assist the village apparatus and its administration in determining eligible recipients, particularly in Tranjang village. This is achieved by employing the fuzzy Tsukamoto method as an aid in making decisions to identify individuals deserving of assistance. The Decision Support System for Direct Cash Assistance Recipients, utilizing the fuzzy Tsukamoto method in Tranjang Village, employs three input variables: Income, Number of Family Members, and Floor Area. The results obtained from this DSS for BLT serve as valuable decision support for participant selection in the BLT program.
