Ari, Rahma Fitri. 2023. Implementation of Takrir and Taqlil Learning Methods in Improving the Quality of Memorization of the Qur'an for Muhammadiyah 4 Balong Ponorogo Middle School Students. Advisor (1) Dr. H. Nurul Iman, M.H.I, and Supervisor (2) Dr. Wahyudi Setiawan, M.Pd.I Keywords: Takrir Learning, Taqlil, Quality of Memorizing the Qur'an The Al-Qur'an learning method is a procedure for achieving the goal of success, especially in the smoothness of memorization, the targets are resolved and the rules of tajwid are maintained in the reading. The method has an important role in the learning process, so that the material can be well received. Therefore, SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balong Ponorogo uses the Takrir and Taqlil methods to improve the quality of student memorization. There are several other methods to support the running of the two methods, so that learning is more optimal. The implementation of the implementation has been running as expected. This research was conducted with the aim of: to find out the implementation of the Takrir and Taqlil learning methods in improving the quality of memorization of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balong Ponorogo students, to find out the results of the implementation of the Takrir and Taqlil learning methods for students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balong, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Takrir and Taqlil methods students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balong Ponorogo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing steps. The data validity test is used as proof that this research is truly scientific with triangulation and observation techniques. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: the implementation of Takrir and Taqlil learning methods in improving the quality of memorization of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Balong Ponorogo students is carried out at 07.00-08.30 WIB on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The success of this method is the achievement of targets, the maintenance of tajwid rules, the smooth memorization of students so that grand graduations can be carried out, the awarding of certificates, and memorization charters. There is a memorization activity card to monitor students during the holidays with conditions that must be deposited with the student's guardian and there is a tahfidz achievement book to provide notes if there are reading errors when depositing memorization. Supporting factors are more consistent, not in a hurry, adding new verses, better quality of memorization, Mushaf Tikrar, memorization achievement books, activity cards and murotal every morning. The inhibiting factor is that there are some students who are still Iqro'.
