Abstract

Posyandu is a program that can improve human resources (HR) quality from an early age. As part of its development efforts, Posyandu offers various programs, one of which is the elderly Posyandu. The activities of the elderly Posyandu that take place in the Mrican Village, Jenangan Subdistrict, Ponorogo District require the elderly to queue for services. As we all know, the elderly have different physical and psychological conditions, which necessitate that the cadres prioritize those with specific conditions to receive appropriate and fair service. Therefore, this research aims to create a queue scheduling system to help cadres manage queues by applying the Dynamic Priority Scheduling algorithm. This algorithm is a dynamic approach to priority scheduling algorithms. Based on the implementation tests conducted in this research, the system can perform rule calculations based on predefined criteria. According to the Black-box testing functionality test, the system operates as expected. According to user testing using the WEBUSE method, the system received the highest score of 0.7795 in User Interface Design and was rated as "Good."
