Abstract
Poverty is a difficult situation to meet the needs of individuals or households. From this problem, the government seeks to intervene in development in the form of providing assistance to poor families through the allocation of village funds. One of them is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). This research is about the receipt of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) at the Purbosuman Village Office, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency. This research was conducted because the Purbosuman Village office apparatus was less objective in providing Non-Cash Food Assistance to residents. Based on these problems, this research is expected to be able to solve problems by building a system, namely the Decision Support System (SPK). The method used is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The results of this study show that the application of Fuzzy Tsukamoto's algorithm has been successfully realized in the form of a structured decision support system which is between the suitability of calculations in the system and the results of manual calculations. The algorithm applied to the system also runs well because algorithm testing is carried out using Big O which produces O(1) where the number of inputs given to the algorithm does not affect the running time of the algorithm. From the results of the test, the system can run well in accordance with the initial expectations and objectives of the study.
