Abstract
Abstract - Hite-tailed magpie breeding is one of the efforts to optimize the empowerment of this small flora and fauna business to run a promising business, starting from a hobby of raising birds to becoming a profession of white-tailed magpie breeders. This is especially necessary for the development of good governance for the white-tailed magpie aviary, as businesses become more advanced and modern, utilizing technological innovation to increase the business efficiency of breeders by conducting surveys of the problems faced by white-tailed magpie breeders. The results of an interview with Mr. Dody Afriandy, one of the breeders of the white-tailed magpie in Madiun City, he was overwhelmed in providing food, drinking and training bird sounds. Therefore a Design and Build Tool for Automatic Feeding, Drinking and Voice Training with RTC (Real Time Clock) was used to set the hours of feeding, drinking and activating the speaker to sound the sound of the white-tailed magpie. This design uses arduino Mega 2560 with arduino IDE software, servo motors as opening and closing valves for feed containers and drinking containers and the MP3 DFPlayer Mini module connected to speakers to train chirps to make sounds so that birds are trained. From the results of the design that has been completed the tool can provide feed, and train birdsong on a scheduled basis and for drinking continuously with a filtering system, then in the form of notifications from the telegram application in the form of monitoring the condition of the feed running out, the master sound training the singing birds to turn on, and the water runs out.
