Abstract
Black grass jelly or commonly known as Platostoma palustre is a grass jelly-producing plant that belongs to the Platostoma genus of the Lamiaceae family. The process of making black grass jelly gel is currently still conventional and involves human resources in stirring and mixing the ingredients. Both processes are supporting for good and optimal results. Therefore the authors designed a technological system for mixing black grass jelly ingredients automatically which when stirring or heating is designed precisely. This tool is designed using NODE MCU32 which is driven using a dc motor as a stirrer, also using a thermocouple temperature sensor as a temperature controller and using a telegraph as a result controller in pouring black grass jelly material. Experiments have shown that loadcells provide high accuracy in flour weighing, DC pumps deliver water precisely, and thermocouple temperature sensors accurately read water temperature. This tool effectively simplifies the black grass jelly production process by combining stirring and pouring automation, as well as providing remote monitoring capabilities via Telegram. Heating stability that is maintained during the production process also contributes to better results. Thus, this tool presents an integrated solution that improves efficiency and quality in the production of black grass jelly
