Abstract

ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SUPER RING POST-CIRCUMCISION CARE COMPLIANCE WITH WOUND HEALING PROCESS In the Independent Practice of the Wound House Nurse Kamila Care Wonogiri By: Yoyok Taukhit Bahtiar Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the Kamila Care Wound Home Nursing Independent Practice, there were 80 circumcision patients in 2019, in 2020 this increased to 105 patients and in 2021 there was an increase to 125 patients, all of whom used the super ring circumcision method. This study aims to determine the relationship between compliance with post-super ring circumcision care and the wound healing process at the Kamila Care Wonogiri Independent Wound Home Nurse Practice. The research design is cross sectional. The research population was all circumcision patients at the Kamila Care Independent Wound Nurse Practice, a total of 33 people. The research sample was 33 people. Data collection uses questionnaires and observations. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate. Hypothesis testing uses the Chi Square test with a level of α=0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents' compliance in post-super ring circumcision care was in the compliant category, namely 27 respondents (81.8%) and 6 respondents (18.2%) in the non-compliant category. In the wound healing process, the majority of respondents showed signs of healing, namely 28 respondents (84.8%) and 5 respondents (15.2%) showed no signs of healing. The results of statistical testing, obtained a value of p = 0.000 < α (p < 0.05). In conclusion, compliance with post-super ring circumcision care has a significant relationship with the wound healing process at Kamila Care Wonogiri's Independent Wound Home Nurse Practice.
