Abstract

Inheritance law protection for illegitimate children is an important issue in the modern legal system. Children born from relationships outside marriage often face legal challenges regarding inheritance and their rights after their parents die. In some jurisdictions, laws have been updated to provide better protection for the rights of illegitimate children. In some cases, illegitimate children may be recognized as heirs with rights similar to those of legitimate children. However, there are countries that still face legal and social obstacles in recognizing the rights of illegitimate children. Legal protection of inheritance can mean official recognition of child status, the right to inherit a parent's property, or the right to inherit a pension or insurance. Efforts have been made by human rights organizations and advocacy groups to fight for equal rights of children, regardless of whether they were born in wedlock or out of wedlock. Protection of inheritance law for illegitimate children is an important step in creating a more just and inclusive society for all children. Keywords: Inheritance, Children, Marriage
