Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder known as a silent killer, where the sufferer is not aware of the disease they are suffering from, causing delays in treatment and complications. To prevent complications, diabetes sufferers should test their blood sugar content regularly. Checks can be carried out at health facilities such as Community Health Centers. South Ponorogo Community Health Center is one of the health facilities that handles residents' complaints about the spread of Diabetes Mellitus. Not only through health facilities, blood sugar checks on the body can be carried out at POSBINDU (Integrated Development Post) activities carried out by practicing midwives in each sub-district. Data from POSBINDU activities are managed directly by midwives using paper forms which are then input into Microsoft Excel. In this research, creating a clusterization system and implementing the k-means clustering algorithm can be a solution that can help make it easier for midwives to group data more efficiently. Based on performance testing carried out by comparing the average D(p,c0) and D(p,c1) on the system with D(p,c0), D(p,c1) on manual calculations, an average of 56.109 was obtained on centroid_0, 238,912 on centroid_1. Meanwhile, manual calculations obtained an average of 56,646 at centroid_0 and 687,226 at centroid_1.
