Abstract
ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance (Study at the Gondorukem & Turpentyn (PGT) Sukun Factory, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency). The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees with a sample of 54 employees of the Gondorukem and Terpentyn Sukun Factory, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The research results show that: 1). Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 2). Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 3). Job Satisfaction (X3) influences Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 4). The independent variables Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency.
