Abstract
The Influence of School Religious Culture, Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Example, on the Formation of Pancasila Student Profile Character Students SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan Strengthening the Pancasila student profile is carried out so that students have global abilities, character in accordance with the values contained in Pancasila, namely being able to apply character in life that is directly related to what is contained in the Pancasila principles. This research this to determine and test empirical data related to the influence of school religious culture, emotional intelligence and teacher example on the formation of the character profile of Pancasila students, partially or simultaneously. In this research, the author used a data analysis method with a regressional approach to quantitative data obtained from the research object, namely students in grades IV-VI SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan. The sample for this research was 191 respondents from a total population of 390 students in grades IV-VI SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan in the even semester of the academic year 2023-2024. Data collection was carried out by purposive sample using questionnaire techniques, the type of analysis used is regression analysis which is explained descriptively. The results of this research are; First, there is an influence of school religious culture on the formation of the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan. This is proven by testing the first hypothesis based on the t test obtained t value > t table (13.488 > 1.972), the contribution of school religious culture to the formation of Pancasila student profiles is 90.4% while 9.6%. Second, there is the influence of emotional intelligence on the formation of the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan. This is proven by testing the second hypothesis which is based on the t test, the calculated t value > t table (2.708 > 1.972), contribution of emotional intelligence to the formation of Pancasila student profiles amounted to 73.6% while 26.4%. Third, there is the influence of teacher example on the formation of the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan. This is proven by testing the third hypothesis which is based on the t test obtained t value > t table (9.410 > 1.972), Contribution of teacher example to the formation of Pancasila student profiles amounted to 36.9%. Fourth, there is an influence between school religious culture, emotional intelligence and teacher example, both partially and simultaneously towards the formation of the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan This is proven by testing the fourth hypothesis which obtained F count > F table (152.463 > 2,650). Percentage contribution of the influence of the three variables on the formation of Pancasila student profiles amounted to 70.5%.
