Abstract

ABSTRACT MENTAL NURSING CARE FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS HEARING HALLUCINATIONS (At RSJD Arif Zainudin Surakarta) By: Endisa Ahsani Taqwim NIM 21613425 Auditory hallucinations are changes in perception of both internal and external stimuli accompanied by reduced, exaggerated or distorted responses. The impact that will arise if sensory perception disorders such as auditory hallucinations are not immediately resolved will result in the client experiencing the risk of violent behavior and can also have an impact on self-care deficits. This bleeding care was carried out from 08 February 2024 to 11 February 2024 in the RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta This was carried out for 4 days using the method used, namely the nursing care approach From the results of the study of Mr. R obtained subjective data, namely that the patient heard sounds that had no form, such as a rooster crowing and a shush….. sound, this sound appeared 5 times a day. The objective data obtained is that the patient appears to be talking to himself and sometimes he screams. And during the abortion procedure, namely by providing implementation strategies 1 to 4 and intervention from SIKI with deep breathing relaxation techniques. Someone who experiences mental disorders such as auditory hallucinations needs good therapeutic communication. Therefore, in providing care, support from nurses is needed in the client's healing process. Keywords: Nursing care, sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations.
