Abstract
ABSTRACT MENTAL NURSING CARE FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS: HEARING HALLUCINATIONS (At Arif Zainudin Hospital, Surakarta) By: Destya Eka Ramadhaning NIM 21613413 Distraction hallucinations are when the patient experiences unrecognized sounds. The Sulara usually contains things that annoy even the cells that are hated by clients, including insults and insults or the voice which gives the ultimate order to carry out the voice. The impact that will arise if sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations are not treated immediately will result in the client experiencing the risk of violent behavior and can also have an impact on self-care deficits. With this, someone who experiences hallucinations can take action to damage the environment, injure other people, and even attempt suicide. This nursing care was carried out from 8 February 2024 to 16 February 2024 in the Gatotkaca room at RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta for 9 days the method used was the nursing care approach process. From the results of the study of Mr. E, it was found that the patient experienced auditory hallucinations because the patient heard a woman's voice saying thank you when he woke up and when he was alone, the voice came and went, and when the voice appeared he said he didn't like it or was annoyed. So the client is given nursing action, namely by providing implementation strategies 1 to 4 and intervention from SIKI with the distraction technique of listening to music. Someone who experiences auditory hallucinations needs good therapeutic communication. Therefore, in providing nursing care, support from nurses is needed in the client's healing process.
