Abstract

ABSTRAK KARYA TULIS ILMIAH : ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA PADA KLIEN SKIZOFRENIA DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN PERSEPSI SENSORI : HALUSINASI PENGLIHATAN Oleh : WAFA AULIA 21613447 Skizofrenia merupakan bagian dari gangguan pikosis yang terutama ditandai dengan kehilangan pemahaman terhadap realitas, halusinasi penglihatan adalah salah satu gejala gangguan persepsi sensori yang dialami oleh klien gangguan jiwa dan merasakan sensasi berupa penglihatan tanpa stimulus yang nyata. Tujuan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada klien Skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan persepsi sensori : halusinasi penglihatan yang meliputi pengkajian, analisa data, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi keperawatan. Asuhan keperawatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Februari hingga 14 Februari 2024 di Ruang Srikandi RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta selama 4 hari dengan metode pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi : pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan dan evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil pengkajian klien melihat bayangan pocong matanya tidak ada selama terus menerus dan sering saat klien sendiri dan ketika klien sedang melamun dari kondisi tersebut klien mengalami gangguan persepsi sensori : halusinasi penglihatan. Klien diberikan intervensi dengan strategi pelaksanaan (SP) 1 sampai (SP) 4 selama 5 hari. Dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan klien sudah mampu mengontrol halusinasi dengan cara distraksi mendengarkan musik, minum obat secara teratur, bercakap-cakap dengan orang lain serta melakukan aktivitas terjadwal sehingga masalah teratasi sebagian. Klien dengan halusinasi membutuhkan komunikasi terapeutik yang baik, dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan peran perawat sangat dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan tindakan intersif pada klien. Kata kunci : halusinasi penglihatan, skizofrenia, asuhan keperawatan ABSTRACT SCIENTIFIC WRITING: MENTAL NURSING CARE FOR SCHIZOPHRENIC CLIENTS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS: VISIONAL HALLUCINATIONS By : WAFA AULIA 21613447 Schizophrenia is part of the picosis disorder which is mainly characterized by loss of understanding of reality, visual hallucinations are one of the symptoms of sensory perception disorders experienced by clients with mental disorders and feel sensations in the form of visions without a real stimulus. The aim of this scientific paper is to provide nursing care to schizophrenia clients with nursing problems of sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations which includes assessment, data analysis, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and nursing evaluation. This nursing care was carried out from 10 February to 14 February 2024 in the Srikandi Room at RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta for 4 days using the nursing process approach method including: assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. As a result of the study, the client saw that the image of the pocong in his eye was absent continuously and often when the client was alone and when the client was daydreaming about this condition, the client experienced sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations. Clients are given intervention with implementation strategies (SP) 1 to (SP) 4 for 5 days. From the evaluation results, it was found that the client was able to control hallucinations by being distracted by listening to music, taking medication regularly, conversing with other people and carrying out scheduled activities so that the problem was partially resolved. Clients with hallucinations need good therapeutic communication. In providing nursing care, the role of the nurse is needed to carry out interactive actions for clients.
