Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH SIMULASI PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP ANGGOTA PMR Di SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo Windy Wiga Regilta Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo E-mail: wigawindy@gmail.com Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan situasi gawat darurat yang membutuhkan pertolongan pertama secara cepat dan tepat, sehingga edukasi simulasi pertolongan pertama perlu dilakukan kepada anggota PMR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh simulasi pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap anggota PMR di SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Experimental dengan model desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa anggota PMR SMAN 1 Dolopo sebanyak 28 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian sebelum simulasi pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 16 responden (57,1%) dan setelah simulasi pengetahuan baik sebanyak 21 responden (75,0%). Hasil sebelum simulasi sikap negatif sebanyak 18 responden (64,3) dan setelah simulasi sikap positif sebanyak 24 responden (85,6%). Hasil uji statistik pengetahuan (p-value = 0,001 < α = 0,05) dan sikap (p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05) yang disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh simulasi pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap anggota PMR di SMAN 1 Dolopo. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu simulasi pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap anggota PMR SMAN 1 Dolopo. Diharapkan pengetahuan dan sikap tersebut dapat diterapkan di lingkungan sosialnya. This study aims to analyze the effect of traffic accident first aid simulations on the knowledge and attitudes of PMR members at SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo. This research design uses Pre-Experimental with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The population in this study was 28 students from PMR SMAN 1 Dolopo using a purposive sampling technique according to the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The research results before the simulation had sufficient knowledge were 16 respondents (57.1%) and after the simulation good knowledge was 21 respondents (75.0%). The results before the simulation had negative attitudes were 18 respondents (64.3) and after the simulation positive attitudes were 24 respondents (85.6%). The results of statistical tests on knowledge (p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05) and attitudes (p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05) concluded that there was an influence of traffic accident first aid simulation on the knowledge and attitudes of PMR members at SMAN 1 Dolopo. The conclusion of this research is that traffic accident first aid simulations have an influence on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of PMR members of SMAN 1 Dolopo.
