Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALISIS STRATEGI MARKETING PUBLIC RELATIONS KOPI KENANGAN RUKO COKROAMINOTO KOTA MADIUN FARAH DHIBA AULIA EFENDI 20240801 The title of this thesis is Analysis of the Public Relations Marketing Strategy of Kopi Kenangan Ruko Cokroaminoto, Madiun City. The purpose of this research is to find out what the marketing strategy for public relations of the cokroaminoto shophouse, Madiun City, is. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, where the researcher describes data related to social conditions, variable connections that occur, and determines the emergence of new facts and their consequences for the environment. Data collection in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this research were 6 people consisting of the manager of Kopi Kenangan, Cokroaminoto shophouse, Madiun City, as well as 5 consumers of Kopi Kenangan, Cokroaminoto shophouse, Madiun City. From the results of the analysis, data was obtained that Kopi Kenangan Ruko Cokroaminoto, Madiun City has implemented a marketing public relations strategy by implementing the 11P elements, namely: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Packaging, Payment, Public Relations, Performance.
