Abstract
ABSTRAK Era perkembangan teknologi seperti sekarang ini, mulai beralih dari pasar konvensional menjadi pasar yang lebih modern dan moderat. Pelaku bisnis termasuk industri keuangan berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan cara pemasaran mereka dengan metode digital. Diantaranya, pada fitur pembayaran yang salah satunya menggunakan paylater. Tujun penelitian untuk mengetahui literasi keuangan, manfaat, dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat menggunakan paylater bagi mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis datanya yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan nilai t-hitung literasi keuangan sebesar 0,055 lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel 2,004 dan nilai signifikansi 0,957 > 0,05, sehingga literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat, nilai t-hitung manfaat sebesar 2,414 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 2,004 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat, nilai t-hitung kualitas layanan sebesar 5,465 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 2,004 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat dalam penggunaan paylater serta adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel literasi keuangan, manfaat, dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat menggunakan paylater. Business players, including the financial industry, are competing to improve their marketing methods with digital methods. Among them, the payment features, one of which uses paylater. Aim for research to determine financial literacy, benefits and service quality regarding interest in using paylater for accounting students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with certain criteria and obtained a sample size of 50 respondents. The data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that the t-calculated value of financial literacy is 0.055, which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.004 and the significance value is 0.957 > 0.05, so that financial literacy does not have a positive effect on interest, the t-calculated benefit value of 2.414 is greater than the value t-table 2.004 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that benefits have a positive and significant effect on interest, the t-calculated value of service quality is 5.465 greater than the t-table value of 2.004 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the quality of service has a positive and significant influence on interest in using paylater and there is a joint influence between the variables financial literacy, benefits and service quality on interest in using paylater.
