Abstract

One of the various snacks currently popular with young people is Korean food. Ttobeokki is one of the original Korean fusion foods, which in Korea is often found in street food. Tteokbokki is a spicy Korean snack made with sticky rice cakes and chili. Effective and efficient production requires the right tools so that the production process has significant improvements. This research was designed to design a machine for printing various snacks using a petrol motor drive. The use of this machine for printing various snacks is expected to be able to increase production efficiency so that the quantity and efficiency of production can increase. Based on the design of a machine for printing various snacks with a petrol motor driven engine, 2 trials were carried out where in the first trial it was carried out for 10 minutes with a product weight of 1.27 kg and in the second trial it was carried out for 10 minutes with a product weight of 1.03 kg. The average production time for 10 minutes is to produce 1.15 kg of various snack dough or the equivalent of 6.9 kg/hour. Keywords: Printing Machine, Various Snacks, 5.5 PK Gasoline Motor
