Abstract
Oxygen is a necessity for the human body. Oxygen weighs only 2 percents of the total body weight. One of the part of body, namely brain, requires about 20 percent oxygen. If the brain lacks oxygen, it can cause hypoxia. Body cells and tissues lack oxygen can cause damage to the brain nerves, liver, and death. In a good health care facility, a central oxygen installation system is used. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 4 of 2016 concerning medical gases and medical vacuums in health care facilities stated that the standard output pressure from central liquid oxygen or central oxygen cylinders is at least 4-5bar. Automatic oxygen supply transfer using PLC Outseal control and monitoring oxygen pressure, oxygen flow volume via IoT (Internet of Things). The method used is to detect oxygen pressure in each cylinder, then the sensor data is processed by PLC Outseal. If the oxygen cylinder pressure is <4 bar, the oxygen supply will move to the oxygen cylinder that has a pressure> 4 bar. Data value of Pressure sensor, flow sensors and oxygen cylinder conditions are displayed on the HMI and monitored with the Haiwell Cloud application using a smartphone. It can be monitored anywhere and anytime. The test results of the pressure sensor work with an average error of pressure sensor A of 0.18% and pressure sensor B of 0.079% and the flow sensor with an average error of 0.89%.
