Abstract

TB treatment with DOTS strategy in RSU 'Aisyiyah Dr. Sutomo , RSU 'Aisyiyah Diponegoro and RS Griya Waluya Ponorogo showed a high success rate of 94,18% .This study aims to know patients satisfaction rates include tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reability and assurance in the registration locket, laboratory, TB poly and follow-up. Methods: This research design is descriptive by using quantitative and qualitative approach. The sampling technique using total sampling 106 respondents. Patient satisfaction with the services delivered at the registration locket showed that 64,2 % of patients were satisfied and 35,8 % were very satisfied, at the registration locket showed that 64.2 % of patients were satisfied and 35.8 % were very satisfied at the clinic showed that 68.9 % of patients were satisfied and 31.1 % were very satisfied, at the laboratory showed that 68.9 % of patients were satisfied and 31.1 % were very satisfied and in the follow-up showed 62.3 % of patients were satisfied and 37.7 % were very satisfied. RSU Aisyiyah has excellent services at the locket in the empathy component (100 %), in the clinic on reliability component (84.6 %), in the laboratory at responsiveness component ( 85.5%), and follow-up on empathy components (100 %). The satisfaction to the implementation of TB treatment with DOTS strategy in NGHS Ponorogo highest on empathy component is equal to 100%. These results are supported by the excellent service by the official, the availability of adequate, high interest and motivation of workers. However, it is found the constraints of Human Resources (HR) and the lack of funds allocated to the cost of follow-up. It required an increase in the quantity and quality of human resources, the allocation policy for capital expenses. Keywords: Satisfaction , TB patients, Implementation of DOTS Strategy
