The rapid development to modern civilization within the last 200 years has been possible because of the exponential growth of knowledge. The scientific and technological advances have been astounding. The challenge of this article has been to focus not on the material, mechanistic aspects of religious change but on the deeper level of spiritual transformation that requires more fundamental change such as would be expressed in ethical transformations and in a reconciliation of science and religion especially in the area of education.The task of education is to teach religious values in accordance with the development of science. In Islamic education there is no conflict between religion and science, it means that there is integration between sciense and religion. Science and religians is compatible . In the sight of religion, all phenomenon happen in this world based on the purpose of God which considered as an experience and knowledge of man. The aims of this article are to analyze the issue of the relationship between religion and science and how to internalize the religious values in the Islamic education based on Islamic epistemology. Islamic education should present objective values so as to appeal to the society. Keyword: Islamic education, Islamic Epistemology, Integration between science and religion
