Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat pesat sehingga menjadikan manusia mempunyai keinginan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan cepat, efektif dan efisien. Seperti yang kita ketahui Sistem Informasi Manajemen pendataan pada Badan Pengujian Kendaraan Berrmotor Kabupaten Magetan masih dilakukan secara manual, baik pengisian formulir permohonan ataupun pengisian laporan hasil pengujian sehingga menyebabkan lamanya pelayanan. Dengan gambaran diatas maka saya tertarik untuk membuat suatu program aplikasi yang berbasis database SQL Server 2000, Visual Basic 6.0, yang akan membantu petugas untuk melakukan penyeleksian terhadap kendaraan yang diujikan dan menentukan apakah kendaraan tersebut layak jalan atau tidak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian program aplikasi ini adalah berupa form-form, diantaranya form pemilik kendaraan, form keuangan, form kartu induk, dan form pengujian. Output yang ditampilkan berupa laporan pemilik, kartu induk, kwitansi, laporan hasil pengujian, dan laporan keuangan serta grafik laporan keuangan. ABSTRACT The development of information technology today is so rapid that makes human beings have a desire to meet their needs quickly, effectively and efficiently. As we know the data collection in Management Information Systems Agency Vehicle Testing Berrmotor Magetan still done manually, either charging or filling application form report test results, causing the length of service. With the picture above, I am interested in making an application program based ddatabase MySQL, Visual Basic 6.0 and Crystal Report 8.5 which will help officers to do the screening to the vehicle being tested and determine whether the vehicle is roadworthy or not. The results obtained from testing the application program is in the form of forms, including the owner of the vehicle form, financial form, master card form, and form testing. Output is displayed in the form of a report the owner, master card, receipts, test reports, and financial reports and graphs financial statements.
