Abstract
Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis which attacks the lungs and other organs. The purpose of this case study is to apply nursing care to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with nursing problems of nutritional imbalances less than the body's needs. Nursing care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with nursing problems less than the body's needs is done in the Asoka Room Dr. Harjono Ponorogo for 3 days in August 2019. The method used was the nursing process. The results of the study were obtained by Mr. T experienced nausea, dry lips, bitter tongue, and no appetite, ate only 6 tablespoons, weighed 48kg. Nursing measures are carried out to assess nutritional status, monitor the amount of nutrition, body weight, skin turgor, nausea, vomiting, monitor hemoglobin, hematocrit, monitor conjunctiva, increase iron intake, increase protein intake, provide information about nutrition, provision of selected foods, administration pharmacological therapy and collaboration with nutritionists. Nursing care is expected to be able to provide education about the proper handling and prevention of recurrence.
