Abstract
Gangguan persepsi sensori (pendengaran) merupakan ketidakmampuan seseorang ketika menerima dan memilah rangsangan internal yang berupa pemikiran itu sendiri dan rangsangan eksternal, dimana suatu yang ditempati tanpa ada objek serta rangsangan atau stimulus yang sebenarnya. Apabila gangguan tersebut tidak dapat diatasi, maka akan muncul masalah resiko perilaku kekerasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan persepsi sensori (pendengaran). Metode yang digunakan adalah pemecahan masalah dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan persepsi sensori (pendengaran) di Ruang Gatotkaca RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin, Surakarta. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan selama 10 hari pada bulan Januari 2021. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan Sdr. D seringkali mendengar suara “Juugg.....Juugg.....Juugg” seperti akan menggilingnya. Suara tersebut muncul 1-2 kali setiap malam sehingga klien merasa takut. Rencana dan tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan khusus yang mencangkup adalah bina hubungan saling percaya dengan klien, kemudian mengidentifikasi gangguan yang dialami dan selanjutnya mengontrol gangguan dengan cara menghardik, minum obat secara teratur, bercakap-cakap, dan melakukan aktivitas. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan klien mampu mengidentifikasi gangguan yang dialami dan mengontrolnya. Pada saat gangguan tersebut muncul, diharapkan klien menggunakan cara-cara yang telah diajarkan guna berfokus pada kegitan bukan pada masalah yang dialami. If the disturbance cannot be overcome, the problem of risk of violent behavior will arise. The purpose of this study was to apply nursing care to schizophrenic patients with nursing problems with sensory perception (hearing) disorders. The method used is problem solving with a nursing process approach. The participants in this study were schizophrenic patients with nursing problems with sensory perception (hearing) disorders in the Gatotkaca Room, RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin, Surakarta. Nursing care was carried out for 10 days in January 2021. The results of the study were obtained by Mr. D often heard “Juugg…..Juugg…..Juugg” sound like he was going to grind it. The sound appears 1-2 times every night so that the client feels afraid. Nursing plans and actions are carried out in accordance with specific objectives which include building a trusting relationship with the client, then identifying the disorder experienced and then controlling the disorder by rebuking, taking medication regularly, conversing, and doing activities. The results of the evaluation obtained that the client was able to identify the disorder experienced and control it. When the disorder appears, the client is expected to use the ways that have been taught to focus on activities not on the problems experienced.
