Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation, leadership support and career paths on teacher performance at the modern Islamic boarding school arrissa. This research is a quantitative research method that uses primary data. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS 20 application. In this study, all teachers of the modern Islamic boarding school were used. Sampling in this study used the saturated sample method, meaning that all male teachers totaled 128 teachers. The research shows that compensation, leadership support, career path have an influence on employee performance of 0.432, the rest 0.568 is caused by other variables outside this research. The most variable in this study, namely compensation has the most influence on employee performance. Keywords: compensation, leadership support, career path, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, dukungan pimpinan dan jenjang karir terhadap kinerja guru pada pondok modern arrisalah. Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian bermetode kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan data primer. Penelitiyan ini menggunakan cara analisis regresi linier berganda dan memakai aplikasi SPSS 20. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh guru putra pondok modern arrisalah. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh artinya keseluruhan guru putra yang berjumlah 128 guru. Pada riset menampilkan hasil kalau kompensasi, dukungan pimpinan, jenjang karir mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,432 selebihnya 0,568 di sebabkan dari variabel lain diluar riset ini. Variabel yang paling banyak pada penelitian ini yaitu kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terbanyak terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Dukungan pimpinan, Jenjang karir , Kinerja karyawan
