Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh : Hesti Finis Priswati NIM : 17414599 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh dari dukungan rekan kerja, kompensasi non finansial dan pengawasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan MM Surya Mandiri Mlarak Ponorogo. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 56 responden yang kesemuanya adalah karyawan MM Surya Mandiri Mlarak Ponorogo yang bekerja sebagai pelaksana harian. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner, observasi maupun data perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang disusun dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Semua pertanyaan valid dan dapat diandalkan, dengan masing-masing nilai thitung dukungan rekan kerja 2,058, kompensasi non finansial 3,371 dan pengawasan kerja 2,102 yang kesemuanya menunjukkan lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 2,004 sehingga dapat dikatakan jika ketiga variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji bersama didapatkan nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 11,326 > 2,78 sehingga dapat dinyatakan jika ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Kata kunci : dukungan rekan kerja, kompensasi non finansial, pengawasan kerja, produktivitas kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of peer support, non-financial compensation and work supervision on the work productivity of MM Surya Mandiri Mlarak Ponorogo employees. The sample used in this study was a number of 56 respondents, all of whom were MM Surya Mandiri employee Mlarak Ponorogo who works as a daily executor. Data were collected by using questionnaires, observation and company data collection methods. The analysis used is quantitative analysis which is compiled and presented in tabular form. All questions are valid and reliable, with each t-value of peer support 2.058, non-financial compensation 3,371 and work supervision 2,102, all of which show greater than t-table which is 2,004 so it can be said that the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely work productivity. Meanwhile, based on the joint test, the f-count value is greater than f-table, namely 11.326 > 2.78 so that it can be stated if the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
