Abstract

ABSTRAK Coronavirus merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan,mulai flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius seoerti MERS dan SARS. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara positif virus corona (Covid-19). Sedangkan salah satu daerah terbanyak yang terpapar Covid-19 adalah Kota Surabaya. Kabupaten ponorogo masuk dalam katagori zona merah dalam peneyebaran Covid-19. Sedangkan desa grogol yang menjadi salah satu desa digital pertama di ponorogo dan meskipun masuk dalam katagori zona aman dalam penyebaran Covid-19 desa grogol tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang dimana pemerintah telah menetapkan wabah virus corona sebagai wabah penyakit yang membahayakan dan menetapkan kebijakan sebagai darurat nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menegtahui dan menganalisis Untuk mendeskripsikan Kebijakan Pemerintah Desa Dalam Penanganan Covid- 19 Didesa Grogol Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian Diskriptif Kualitatif.Diskriptif kualitatif adalah pengumpulan data berupa kata-kata, gambar dan bukan angka-angka.Data di dapat dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan atau memo dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Kebijakan Pemerintah Desa Dalam Penanganan Covid- 19 Didesa Grogol Kecamatan Sawoo Kabupaten Ponorogo penangganan sudah terlaksana dengan baik hal ini terbukti dengan hasil jawaban dari indicator.Yang pertama Kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah desa dalam Covid-19. kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah adalah luas kepada masyarakat dan juga supaya wabah ini segera berakhir. adanya wabah penyakit wabah virus Covid-19, dengan kronologi dimana pada tahun 2019 indonesia bahkan seluruh dunia diserang oleh wabah tersebut maka pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan tersebut dimana untuk bertujuan untuk mencegahan maupun penangganan wabah Covid supaya tidak menyebar Yang ke dua Pelaku yang terlibat dalam penanganan wabah Covid-19. Yang ke tiga Kreteria pasien yang dinyatakan Covid-19. Kriteria pasien yang dinyatakan Covid-19 ini setelah di tes dengan alat khusus Covid-19 dimana setiap pasien mengalami gejala yang berbeda-beda oleh sebab itu tidak semua yang positif Covid-19 mengalami gejala yang sama, dikarenakan setiap manusia mempunyai imunitas tubuh atau kondisi tubuh yang berbeda-beda dan juga untuk pasien yang sudah positif juga mengalami ada yang sakit parah dan ada yang tidak.Yang ke empat Kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah desa yaitu Adanya masyarakat yang tidak mempercayai akan adanya virus Covid-19 ini dan juga masyarakat yang tidak selalu menjaga kebersihan. Ponorogo Regency is included in the red zone category in the spread of Covid-19. Meanwhile, grogol village, which is one of the first digital villages in ponorogo and even though it is included in the safe zone category in the spread of Covid-19, grogol village still adheres to the health protocol where the government has determined the corona virus outbreak as a dangerous disease outbreak and set policies as a national emergency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze To describe Village Government Policies in Handling Covid-19 in the Grogol Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research form. Qualitative descriptive is data collection in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. Data obtained from manuscripts interviews, field notes or memos and other official documents. Village Government Policies in Handling Covid-19 in Grogol Village, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency, the handling has been carried out well, this is proven by the results of the answers from the indicators. The first is the policy that has been set by the village government in Covid-19. The policies issued by the government are broad to the community and also so that this epidemic ends soon. the existence of an outbreak of the Covid-19 virus outbreak, with a chronology where in 2019 Indonesia and even the whole world was attacked by the outbreak, the government issued these policies which aim to prevent and handle the Covid outbreak so as not to spread The two actors involved in handling Covid-19 outbreak. The third is the criteria for patients who are declared Covid-19. The criteria for patients who are declared Covid-19 after being tested with special Covid-19 tools where each patient experiences different symptoms, therefore not all who are positive for Covid-19 experience the same symptoms, because every human being has body immunity or body condition. The four obstacles faced by the village government are the existence of people who do not believe in the existence of the Covid-19 virus and also people who do not always take care of themselves. cleanliness.
