Abstract
Jinem, Implementation of Microsoft Teams in Education Islamic Religious and Moral Education Class V learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SDN 01 Taman Kota Madiun. Postgraduate Program at Universitas Muham-madiyah Ponorogo 2021. The Covid-19 pandemic requires the education sector to organize online learning. So the selection of media is very important for the achievement of an optimal learning process. The purpose of this research is to reveal the implementa-tion of Microsoft Teams in PAI and Moral Education at SDN 01 Taman, only fo-cusing on: 1) How to implement Microsoft Teams in PAI and Class V learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN 01 Taman Madiun city, 2) What are the factors that support and hinder the use of Microsoft Teams in PAI and Morals Learning, 3) How is the relevance of using Microsoft Teams in PAI Morals learning This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach (case study). Data acquisition techniques using interview, observation, and documentation tech-niques. The researcher analyzed the data using interactive analysis which consist-ed of four components: data collection, data simplification, data disclosure, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the results was tested for credibility, trans-ferability, dependability, and confirmability from various theoretical and meth-odological sources until factual scientific data were available. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The implementation of the online learning process using Microsoft Teams is an encouragement for students to fol-low the whole series of learning processes. Using Microsoft Teams, activity management is handled directly by PAI teachers and Moral Education. 2) The supporting factors for Microsoft Teams include (a) the availability of communica-tion tools for educators and students (b) the availability of an appropriate internet network and the willingness of educators, students to follow technological developments (c) Providing adequate facilities by schools (d) 80% of students have middle to upper economic capacity (e) Parents' concern for their children's learning process. (f) Strategic location to facilitate access to technological devel-opments. While the inhibiting factors include (a) Lack of time for parents with their children to study, (b) Abuse of internet quota (c) Students with low economy do not have cellphones (d) Parents are busy. 3) The relevance of the principal's policy which gives freedom and always supervises every week, the creativity of teachers in learning, adequate institutional facilities, enthusiasm of stu-dents in participating in the teaching and learning process to completion, the re-sults of student assessments that meet the minimum completeness criteria of 3 cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The results of this study will be very helpful in understanding the importance of using e-learning media in learning during the pandemic and digital era.
