Abstract
Abstract Human Resource Management are human resources that exist within the organization or company and are arranged in a management system to be effective and efficient in order to achieve the desired or set goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and motivation on teacher job satisfaction in online learning at junior high schools in Ngrayun District, Ponorogo Regency. Sampling in this study were teachers of SMPN 1 Ngrayun, SMPN 2 Ngrayun, and SMPN 3 Ngrayun using saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled as many as 70 people. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed the partial test results (t) were as follows: work stress (X1) = 0.018, work environment (X2) = 0.003, and motivation = 0.002, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) showed an effect of 23,055.
