Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational Support, Work Experience, and Rewards on Employee Productivity of PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from data from PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo. The population in this study were employees of PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo. The technique used in this sampling is a saturated sample. The results showed that: 1) Organizational Support Variable had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo. 2) Work Experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo. 3) Reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Hasby Sablon Ponorogo.
