Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality” on consumers. (Case Study on the Purchase of Clothing Products at Amida Muslim Ponorogo). “The population in this study are consumers at the Amida Muslim Ponorogo store. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The limit is up to 96 respondents with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Product Quality, Price Perception and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.”
