Abstract
In the era of revolution 4.0 as it is today, technology is growing rapidly and has a fairly large and important role in human life, especially in the field of education. Various aspects of education in Indonesia must be updated so as not to be out of date. One of them is in the aspect of language. Indonesia must place Indonesian as one of the most important languages in the world, because it is important to use it in education. Currently at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo there is Indonesian language learning for foreign speakers or often known as BIPA teaching which is packaged in the form of an Android-based application. In the application there are several quiz menus including; multiple choice quizzes, essay quizzes, and word conjunction quizzes that are still arranged in sequence. In this study, an application development to change the order will be carried out by applying the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm. The algorithm is used to randomize the questions and also randomize the answer choices in multiple choice questions. This is done so that the quiz has a different order for each user. The permutations generated by this algorithm appear with the same probability. The basic method given is to generate random permutations of 1-N numbers.
