The Effect of Emotional Quotient and Adversity Quotient on the Personality of Class XI Students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Madiun City for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Thesis. Ag Keywords: Emotional Quotient, Adversity Quotient, Personality The aims of this study are as follows: (1) To find out whether there is an influence of emotional quotient on the personality of the students of class XI MAN 2 Madiun City in the academic year 2020/2021, (2) To find out whether there is an influence of adversity quotient on the personality of class XI MAN students 2 Madiun City for the 2020/2021 academic year, (3) To find out whether there is an influence of emotional quotient and adversity quotient on the personality of students in class XI MAN 2 Madiun City for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The research location is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Madiun City. The data sources or research subjects are students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Madiun City for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 110 students. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire, interviews, documentation, and observation instruments. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it is concluded that: (1) There is a significant influence between emotional quotient on personality by 56.3% and the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. (2) There is a significant influence between the adversity quotient on personality by 40.4% and the remaining 59.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. (3) There is a significant effect between emotional quotient and adversity quotient on personality by 65.6% and the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. (II) Dr. Sudarmadi, M.Ag Kata Kunci: Emotional Quotient, Adversity Quotient, Kepribadian Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh emotional quotient terhadap kepribadian peserta didik kelas XI MAN 2 Kota Madiun tahun ajaran 2020/2021, (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kepribadian peserta didik kelas XI MAN 2 Kota Madiun tahun ajaran 2020/2021, (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh emotional Quotient dan adversity quotient terhadap kepribadian peserta didik kelas XI MAN 2 Kota Madiun tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitiannya adalah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Madiun. Adapun sumber data atau subjek penelitiannya yaitu peserta didik kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Madiun tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 110 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner/angket, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh, disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara emotional quotient terhadap kepribadian sebesar 56,3% dan sisanya 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara adversity quotient terhaap kepribadian sebesar 40,4% dan sisanya 59,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model. (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara emotional Quotient dan adversity quotient terhadap kepribadian sebesar 65,6% dan sisanya 34,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model.
