Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses rekrutmen partai politik merupakan awal bagi partai politik tujuannya untuk mempersiapkan kader-kader rekrutan yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk bersaing dengan kader-kader politik dari partai lain dan memiliki kemampuan dalam hal pelaksanaan tugas dan kewajiban ketika terpilih dalam kompetisi politik tersebut.Sementara kaderisasi sebagai bagian dari proses rekrutmen yang terdapat proses penyiapan SDM agar kelak mereka menjadi para pemimpin yang mampu membangun peran dan fungsi partai secara lebih baik dan kaderisasi ini dilakukan secara berjenjang dan sistematis.Pada kelembagaan partai politik pun, affirmatif action dilakukan dengan mengharuskan partai politik menyertakan keterwakilan perempuan minimal 30% dalam penidirian maupun dalam kepengurusan di tingkat pusat.Oleh karena itu perlu bagi kita untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses Rekrutmen dan Kaderisasi perempuan di Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya khususnya di Kabupaten Ponorogo.Penelitian Analisis Proses Rekrutmen dan Kaderisasi perempuan di Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya DPC Kabupaten Ponorogo menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif,yang mana perolehan datanya didapat dari hasil pengamatan secara langsung ke beberapa informan yang diwawancarai lalu dilakukan analisa pada perolehan datanya kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil pengamatan tersebut.Partai Gerindra DPC Kabupaten Ponorogo menggunakan prosedur Rekrutmen terbuka menggunakan seleksi dimana setiap warga negara berhak untuk mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama dan untuk ikut serta dalam proses politik dengan cara bergabung dengan partai Politik,tak hanya itu Partai juga menilai dari bagaimana pengalaman organisasi,popularitas dan financial calon kader yang dipersiapkan sebagai calon legislatif. Kata Kunci:Analisis,Rekrutmen,Kaderisasi,Perempuan ABSTRACT The recruitment process of political parties is the beginning for political parties to prepare recruit cadres who have the ability to compete with political cadres from other parties and have the ability in terms of carrying out their duties and obligations when elected in the political competition. Meanwhile, cadreization as part of the recruitment process has a process of preparing human resources so that in the future they become leaders who are able to build the role and function of the party better and this regeneration is carried out in a tiered and systematic manner.Even in political party institutions, affirmative action is carried out by requiring political parties to include a minimum of 30% representation of women in investigations and in management at the central level. Therefore,it is necessary for us to know how the Process of Recruitment and Regeneration of women in the Gerakan Indonesia Raya Party, especially in Ponorogo Regency.Research analysis of the Recruitment and Regeneration Process of women in the Gerakan Indonesia Raya Party DPC Ponorogo Regency uses qualitative research methods The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, where the data is obtained from the results of direct observations to several informants who was interviewed and then analyzed on the data acquisition and then conclusions were drawn from the results of these observations.The Gerindra Party dpc of Ponorogo Regency uses an open recruitment procedure using selection where every citizen has the right to get the same treatment and to participate in the political process by joining a Political party,not only that the Party also assesses from how the organizational experience, popularity and financial of cadre candidates are prepared as legislative candidates.
