Abstract
Quality employees can help a company in managing all activities carried out so that it can easily achieve the expected targets. In an effort to recruit qualified employees, the company can conduct a selection stage in the recruitment process to determine whether prospective employees can be recruited or rejected by the company. As a consideration in the selection, several criteria are used so that prospective employees who pass are employees who truly meet the qualifications required by the company. In this study the criteria used were work experience, interviews, education, computer skills, age, marriage, and also the address of the job applicant. From the research that has been done, it produces a web-based decision support system that can evaluate the criteria for prospective new employees using the Complex Proportional Assessment method. This method can perform rankings in stages to be able to evaluate the procedure for each alternative in terms of the significance and usefulness of the alternative. This method can produce decisions by taking into account every positive criterion that can be beneficial and also negative that is detrimental which can be assessed separately in the evaluation process. The results of the system that has been built can do a good assessment and can recommend the results of the selection of prospective employees through ranking with the results of the first rank iksan getting a value of 100, the second rank fadil getting a value of 99.2122 and Febri in the third rank with a value of 98.7726.
