Abstract
The need for water is the main thing that must be met by the community in all aspects of life, especially in the agricultural sector. With the increasingly limited need for water, many agricultural industries use submersible pump well technology with a depth range of about 20 -30 meters. A submersible pump is a centrifugal pump whose working principle is to push water to the surface, but the installation in its manufacture is quite expensive so the number is limited, thus opening up business opportunities for submersible pump rental services to the general public. In the literature study that I got, there were many weaknesses both in maintenance and operations, including the lack of labor efficiency in the pump operational process, the lack of transparency of pump usage data due to the absence of accurate data records, no overcurrent safety circuit and overload on the pump installation, and there is no system to maintain safety in the use of the pump. From the existing problems, the author wants to make a "Design of a Billing System for Agricultural Irrigation Water Pump Rentals". Using RFID sensors for safe use of pumps, and using RTC (real time clock) sensors to accurately record pump usage data. The working principle of this tool is to display the time data record of pump usage, billing and identity and to increase the safety of the pump and its use.
