Abstract

One of the human rights is health which is manifested in various forms of health services for all levels of society. For making it happen, a health facility is formed, namely health facilities. The hospital is one of the facilities. RSIA Melati is a hospital with private ownership specifically for mothers and children in which BPJS Health services are available. BPJS requires all hospitals to provide assessment surveys to all outpatient and inpatient BPJS patients who are reported back to BPJS every month. From this research, an application was produced to simplify and assist filling and calculations that were previously done manually. The resulting value is the same as the manual calculation in analyzing the level of patient satisfaction using the nave Bayes method with the results of the initial and final comparisons being appropriate. The results of the calculation of the questionnaire obtained an accuracy rate of 89% using the nave Bayes method so that this method is good for analyzing BPJS patient satisfaction Keywords : BPJS, Naïve Bayes, Patient Satisfaction, Questionnaire.
