Abstract

Mengenai masalah kepemimpinan pihak pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan yang melakukan kolaborasi ini dilakukan semaksimal mungkin dengan harapan akan menghasilkan hasil yang baik dan dilakukan juga dengan terbuka atau transparan sehingga mengantisipasinya akan ada pertemuan antar pemangku kepentingan, dan pada tahap kolaborasi ini semua pihak-pihak yang terlibat dari awal sampai terlaksananya kolaborasi ini kompak melakukan kerjasama dengan sebaik mungkin namun belum sampai pada tahap yang sempurna. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dalam suatu kegiatan tidak bisa lepas dengan faktor yang mendukung dan faktor yang menghambat yang mampu mempengaruhi tata kelola kolaboratif dalam menciptakan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Prajegan, seperti faktor yang mendukung kegiatan ini adalah terdapatnya Kesepakatan produser yakni suatu upaya kesepakatan sebelum dijalankan kolaborasi ini dengan tujuan agar kegiatan-kegiatannya berjalan sebaik mungkin karena terjaganya komitmen yang sudah disepakati oleh semua pihak, faktor Intitusi yaitu para pemangku kepentingan atau pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan kolaborasi ini semestinya akan tetapi masih belum maksimal. Selain faktor pendukung, tentunya ada juga faktor yang berjalan menjadi pendukung dalam kolaborasi yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia yang belum mencukupi, juga diperlukan upaya pemberdayaan atau bimbingan untuk meningkatkan dan keterampilan sehingga dalamnya kegiatan kolaborasi ini mampu dengan baik dengan hasil yang baik juga tentu menambah usaha yang lebih kreatif lainnya. Kata Kunci: Kolaboratif, Ekonomi Kreatif, Institusi ABSTRACT Regarding the issue of leadership from the government and stakeholders, this collaboration is carried out as much as possible with the hope that it will produce good results and is also carried out openly or transparently so that it is anticipated that there will be a meeting between stakeholders, and at this stage of collaboration all parties involved from From the beginning to the implementation of this collaboration, they cooperated as well as possible but had not yet reached the perfect stage. It is undeniable that an activity cannot be separated from supporting factors and inhibiting factors that can influence collaborative governance in creating a creative economy in Prajegan Village, such as a factor that supports this activity is the existence of a producer agreement, namely an agreement effort before carrying out this collaboration with the goal is that the activities run as well as possible because of the maintenance of the commitments that have been agreed upon by all parties, the institutional factor, namely the stakeholders or stakeholders involved in this collaborative activity, but it is still not optimal. In addition to supporting factors, of course there are also factors that run as supporters in collaboration, namely insufficient human resources, empowerment or guidance efforts are also needed to improve skills so that the depth of this collaboration activity can be carried out well with good results and of course add more effort. other creative.
